Key to the success of Altec Service Group is Altec's Technical Support and Training organization.

The Technical Training group is responsible for training Altec and customer technicians about the maintenance of Altec equipment. This organization conducts numerous live training sessions annually. We also offer online training through our Ynot Learn program.

The Technical Support group is responsible for providing troubleshooting expertise on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues. The Technical Support team combines for over 100 years of experience to help diagnose issues with your equipment to help get it up and running.
